paint lift

This washstand has served faithfully over the years in many roles but was looking a little tired and scruffy...

Its now needed in the lounge so thought I would give it a little facelift....

Painting furniture REALLY doesnt excite me but I was rather pleased with the results.

And so is the washstand....

5 steps to bliss

1. Make a batch of brownies

2. Paint cupcake liners with chocolate and leave to set

3. Add brownies and ice cream

4. Pour over more chocolate and set again

5. Eat in one go!

Finally took the plunge and cut the squares for a summer quilt for our bed.
