I have been reading about art journaling for awhile and after coming across this challenge I thought I would take the plunge and give it a go. A little rudimentary but at least I have made a start!

snow warm

Nic was going on a snow hike this week and decided he wanted a balaclava at the last minute. This was the only fabric i had so whipped this up on Sunday night. Not very flattering but hope it keeps him warm! I found the pattern via google

under the sea

The Grade 2s did beautiful aquarium scenes, thanks to the link here.

This week we finished off the sea theme with some lovely CD fish from here.

naughty kittens

After seeing this clever post(http://zakkalife.blogspot.com/2010/05/how-to-make-hello-kitty-bouquet.html) -I just had to try it out. This week it is our turn to take flowers for Robs class so hope the girls like the mommy cat and her kittens!
